#18 (English) Providing Support to Individuals Seeking Mental Health Services with Claudia Ramos

Claudia is a Mental Health Professional and is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. She has worked in Emergency and community settings that have provided support in the Latino community with cultural sensitivity in mental health. Claudia continues to connect with Latino organizations such as ENLACE, a group that connects community leaders to engage the public with cultural events and beyond.  Claudia was a special guest several times in “ La Hora Social” on Latina 102.3 with Norsan Media to discuss mental health topics within the Latino Community.  Claudia is also the founder of Vida Coaching and Consulting Corp.  Her company focuses on life coaching motivation and goal development.

In her free time, Claudia enjoys running, baking, and sharing Peruvian traditions with friends and family. Claudia loves connecting with other Peruvians, and if you would like to connect with her, she can be reached @caramosl via Instagram.
