74 (English) Peruvian Coffee: A Hidden Gem with Elias Burrell

Elias Burrell is the founder of Allpa Foods, a specialty retailer of packaged Peruvian food products. The mission at Allpa Foods is to provide wholesome and natural food products that tell a cultural story. Elias had the inspiration for Allpa when traveling in South America for several months back in 2018. Years later he decided to take his experience in E-commerce and entrepreneurship to start his own brand revolving around many of his passions including his Peruvian heritage.

Allpa Foods is the second business venture Elias has started with the first being an artist promotion agency, RVA Affiliated, that he started while in college in Richmond, Virgina.

Elias loves entrepreneurship and views it as a way to take control of his own destiny including achieving financial freedom and hopes to teach others about entrepreneurship. He especially has a big admiration for entrepreneurship that exists in the latino community among first generation immigrants that had no choice but to create their own business.

While Allpa Foods and entrepreneurship are his passions, Elias also has a professional career in Supply Chain. Elias places a large focus on work-life balance and taking care of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health before anything else.

Elias was born in Gaithersburg, Maryland and has spent his whole life living in the DMV. His father is from Peru and mother is from Paraguay and he loves talking about (and eating) all things latino culture. He also loves spending time outdoors and enjoys spending time with his family.
