Erika Quinteros is a Peruvian-American children's book author and illustrator. She has written two bilingual books: one about an indigenous woman hero from the Andes of Peru who fought against the Spanish crown for liberty and justice, and the other about noise pollution in the city. "I want children to grow up acknowledging the problems we face as a society, but also finding hope and knowing that with love and taking action, we can resolve problems and create a better society for all."
