Victor started CrossFit about 8 years ago and hasn’t looked back. He sees every workout as a new opportunity to challenge yourself. Currently, Victor is with the Alexandria Fire Department and functional fitness is key to the job. The functional fitness aspect is what motivates him as a coach. Helping people push and discover their potential is what he aspires to do as a coach at CrossFit Tysons.
