Meet Stephanie Rupay-Parris (She/Her/Ella): Peruvian-American, residing on the picturesque island of Aruba. Stephanie is a dedicated professional working remotely for the "I Have A Dream" Foundation, where she holds the vital role of Mentor Training and Technical Assistance Manager.

Her mission? To craft and execute a sustainable mentoring model that uplifts students hailing from under-resourced communities. With a background in social work, Stephanie is not just a professional but a fervent advocate for equitable queer and diverse representation.

In every facet of her work, Stephanie weaves in the threads of social justice, ensuring that her efforts resonate with inclusivity and fairness.

But Stephanie's journey doesn't stop there. Coming out as a lesbian later in life, she confronted a series of formidable challenges, including family rejection, an international move, and even legal hurdles in her pursuit of starting a family with her beloved wife, Sarah.
