57 (English) Empowering Communities of Color to Transition from Dreamers to Doers with Delilah Dee, Culture Curator, Founder and CEO of SHFT World

Delilah Dee is a Philly-based loud and proud Latina, multi-dimensional entrepreneur, and dedicated changemaker. Channeling the resilience of her ancestors, actively busting the myth that women of color should play small, her mission in life is grand and cacophonous– to help communities of color shift their mindset so they can elevate. She empowers dreamers to become doers as CEO and founder of SHFT World, a digital content & events agency, that uses its platform to supply financial resources to grassroots organizations fighting for Black + Brown liberation. In line with her drive to help enterprising women, she is the Director of Marketing + Operations at Queen Warriors, the #1 online LIVE fitness program for women where she successfully executes 5 & 6-figure launches every month with style. She’s also known for her past work in event curation and experiential marketing with renowned brands such as iHeartRadio, Google, and HBO.

A self-determined professional and unapologetic leader with a lust for life, Delilah breathes energy and positivity into her community work, audaciously uplifting people of color and influencing others like her to realize their dreams.
